Shipping delays are currently affecting all U.S. orders. This issue is due to a significant backlog in customs processing. Custom Agents are extremely understaffed, and the system is temporarily overwhelmed.
The recent removal of the de minimis threshold should not have impacted my shipments, as my orders have always gone through full customs clearance and been approved for next-day delivery (for which I pay a premium). However, this policy change has affected millions of parcels nationwide, creating widespread congestion across the entire system.
